Carpool and Pick-Up Reminders
Our carpool system seems to be running very smoothly! Please remember that the school day starts at 9:30. Carpool ends and the doors are locked at this time. Please be sure to sign-in on the iPad at the office if you arrive after the doors have been locked. Please be mindful of your speed as you drive through our parking lot before school. Scholar’s Guild meets at our church on Tuesdays; so their students are walking through the parking lot on the gym side of the church. Thank you so much for helping make morning carpool as safe as possible!

Grandparents Day
We had a wonderful time at Grandparents Day! Mr. James Greer blessed our grandparents with a short devotion. After devotion, grandparents and students spent time together in the classrooms and ate lunch in the gym. Thank you for your support of our fun day! Thank you Mrs. Bobbi and all our staff for all your hard work and creativity to make this a special day!

Speech and Occupational Therapy Screenings
We are excited to offer speech and occupational therapy screenings again this year! This is a valuable tool to help you understand the needs of your child and to assist us in providing the best education possible. Referral forms were sent home and should be returned by October 4th if you would like your child to be seen. The screenings will take place on October 8th and 9th.

Fall Break
Bright Beginnings will be on Fall Break Tuesday, October 15 through Friday, October 18th. We pray you enjoy this time with your family.

Fall Harvest
This year Fall Harvest will consist of special themed activities in the classrooms, and a visit to the pumpkin patch. Fall Harvest will take place on Thursday, October 31st and is a special day for our students. We hope Fall Harvest will provide age appropriate activities, and a safe wonderful day for our students. Remember this is a day for students only, and parents no longer attend.

Bright Beginnings Book Fair
We are excited to announce that Bright Beginnings will host a Book Fair the week of November 5th. We will be open in the morning and afternoons for you to shop with your child. Look for more information after Fall Break.

Once a month on Thursdays, all of our classes are invited to participate in chapel service. Chapel is an important part of the preschool curriculum as it teaches students the importance of corporate worship in a fun and exciting way that is tailored to their specific needs. During these short chapel services, our music teacher, Mrs. Kelly Myers will begin with several worship songs followed by a short message from Mrs. Heather Robinson, our FBCL Preschool Director.

Part of our chapel curriculum is to teach the importance of giving our offerings to the Lord. You are encouraged to have your child bring in a small offering for chapel. Our chapel offerings this year will be donated to Belief in Motion. Belief in Motion is a missions group who share God’s love to the people of Romania. We will use the monies collected to buy specific items that meet the needs of the people they serve. We hope to teach our students about missions by focusing on these missionaries based out of FBC Loganville.

Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. Parents are always welcome to attend chapel services! We ask that you sit towards the back of the worship center, leaving plenty of space for our classes to sit together. Chapel will begin on the dates below at 9:45 AM in the sanctuary. Thank you in advance for your support of chapel this year!
